Casino Rural Fire Brigade, Casino Rescue Squad and NSW Ambulance paramedics were called to a car crash on Summerland Way, Shannon Brook at about 11.20am this morning.
Bystanders were helping a man in his 30s at the scene of the crash.
The twin-cab ute was on its side after rolling several times.
Rescue crews helped remove the man from the ute and paramedics treated him for chest pains and an arm injury.
He was taken to Lismore Base Hospital for further treatment.
