The submission date for the Rileys Hill Rd development application has been extended to June 11.
The 60-site development at Broadwater has had two extensions to its DA because further information was needed by Richmond Valley Council.
As a courtesy to those who sent in submissions, the council decided to extend the exhibition period to allow further comments.
The council is still waiting for referrals from the RFS and SES regarding the DA.
