There were 47 objections to a tobacco kiosk being added to the Kyogle Laundromat on Summerland Way.

A Development Application was put on public exhibition up until July 13 for a part-change to the laundry premises to include a kiosk to sell tobacco and other goods.

At the Kyogle Council meeting today, Monday, September 14, all councillors voted in favour of the council refusing the DA.

When there are more than 10 individual objections to a DA, the council makes the final decision.
