
And just like that – the Federal Election campaign begins.
Prime Minister Anthony Albanese announced the Federal Election for Saturday, May 3.
He is visiting Governor-General Sam Mostyn today, Friday, March 28 to ask her to dissolve the 47th Parliament before the election.
The good news is the May 3 date doesn’t clash with Primex or Beef Week.
Who is running for the seat of Page?
Kevin Hogan is the incumbent MP. He represents the National Party and has held the seat since 2013 and lives near Clunes.

Labor will be represented by Wendy Backhous, a nurse from Emerald Beach.

Luke Robinson is representing the Greens in Page. He lives in Whian Whian, north of Lismore.
