Smoke from a truck fire on the Pacific Highway this morning at 5am could still be seen across the skyline until it was extinguished by 2pm today, Friday, June 24.
Rural Fire Service crews from Woodburn and Wardell attended the truck fire as well as Fire and Rescue crews.
The driver of the freight truck was reported as uninjured but the truck was engulfed in flames on the highway at Tabbimoble, about two kilometres south of Glencoe Rd.
The cause of the fire is unknown.
