A friend of the family Mel Graham has organised an online fundraiser for the family whose home was burned to the ground.
Matilda, Ty and their two teenage daughters came home from work and school to find their house engulfed in flames, Mel said.
“Thankfully, no one was home and everyone is safe, but they lost everything and escaped with nothing but the clothes they were wearing.”
The money raised is to help them with temporary accommodation, clothing, food, school essentials, and the many everyday necessities they’ll need as they begin rebuilding their lives, Mel said.
“Every donation, no matter how small, will make a difference. If you’re unable to donate, please consider sharing this fundraiser.
“Thank you for helping this wonderful family through such a devastating time.”
The GoFundMe target is $12,000 to help the family.
