Men and women, have you got 10 minutes to get your health checked?

A moment of your time for peace of mind about your health?

The Rotary Men’s Health Education Rural Van is at the Coles car park in Casino today, Friday, October 4 and tomorrow, Saturday, October 5

The Upper Richmond Rotary Club is hosting the van visit and the free 10-minute health checks.

The health check covers blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol levels. The checks were originally targeted at men, but women are encouraged to take advantage of the free screening too.

The health van is operated by the Rotary Club of Warners Bay in collaboration with local Rotary clubs.

For six years, the van has been travelling across rural NSW.

A registered nurse conducts the tests and discusses any health concerns seated in the privacy of the van.

These screenings can save lives.

Take a quick, free health check before or after you go shopping.

This free service is available for walk-ins for men and women on:

Friday, October 4: 9.30am–4.15pm

Saturday, October 5: 9.30am–4.15pm

Find the van at Coles Carpark, corner of Hickey and Canterbury streets, Casino
