A 50-year-old man was arrested at Kyogle Police Station at 11am yesterday, Tuesday, June 28.
The man was charged following an investigation into an alleged break and enter at a Casino train depot just before 6am on Saturday, May 14.
The man was charged with Break, Enter & Steal to the value of $60,000 and destroy/damage property to the value of $2000.
He was refused bail to appear before Kyogle Local Court the same day.
He remains in custody and is set to reappear at Casino Local Court on Friday, September 9.
