A member of the NSW Casino Rescue Squad was on their way to Sydney when a crash at Coombell , 20km out of Casino, was called over a local UHF channel.
That was at 5:15am today, Friday June 14.
The member turned around and was the first emergency service member on the scene where a car had rolled.
The male driver was out of the car and people who had stopped to help were administering first aid.
The driver was taken to hospital.
Casino Rescue Squad, police, ambulance and RFS all attended the crash.
