Repairs start on Bruxner Highway down slope near Mallanganee

Drivers are advised of changed traffic conditions on the Bruxner Highway, between Willock Street and Bulmers Road in Mallanganee, from tomorrow, Tuesday, May 20, to repair a down slope damaged in a landslip following Cyclone Alfred.

Work will start on Tuesday, May 20 at 7am–6pm on weekdays and Saturdays at 8am–1pm. Work is expected to be finished by early July.

Single lane, alternating traffic flow arrangements and a reduced speed limit of 40kmh will be in place during work hours.

Drivers should allow up to 15 minutes in extra travel time.
