Bruxner Highway is closed in both directions because of a serious crash between a car and a truck near McKees Hill at 1pm today, Monday, December 5.
A 69 year old woman who was driving a blue Mazda has been taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The man who was driving the truck was uninjured and was taken to hospital for mandatory testing.
The crash happened between Tomki-Tatham Rd and Parrots Nest Rd on the Bruxner Highway.
Emergency services are on the scene, and traffic is being diverted through Caniaba Rd, which rejoins the Bruxner Highway near Lismore Airport.
