Emergency services were called to a truck rollover on Kyogle Rd at about 8.30pm yesterday, Monday, July 31.

Kyogle RFS, SES, police and ambulance crews rushed to assist a man trapped in a meat truck, east of Sargents Rd near Cawongla.

When crews arrived, the refrigerated truck from Casino was lying on its side.

The driver was helped from the truck. He had a sore neck, shoulders and stomach and was taken to hospital.

It then took a couple of hours to unload the meat from the truck.

Kyogle SES unit was called away from a weekly training last night to assist.

Below are photos from the rollover site of people removing the meat from the truck.
