Good news for swimmers – the Woodburn Pool opens tomorrow, Friday, October 20.
Richmond Valley Aquatics said, “after quite a few hurdles we are ecstatic to announce that Woodburn pool will officially be opened for the season tomorrow”.
“We apologise for the delay in opening but we had a few unexpected repairs that had to be done before we could open the pool safely.”
Head to the 25m Woodburn Pool, swim, go on the pool slide and enjoy your swim.
Richmond Valley Aquatics have been running the Richmond Valley Council public pools at Evans Head, Casino, Coraki and Woodburn since 2020.
Opening times are seasonal, Woodburn Pool is open September to April.
MONDAY TO FRIDAY: 3pm–6pm
SATURDAY & SUNDAY: noon–5pm
SCHOOL HOLIDAYS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS: noon-5pm daily
