A three-course meal with beef as the star is part of the industry dinner during Casino Beef Week.

The Bindaree Food Group Industry Dinner is on Thursday, May 23 at The Clydesdale Motel and Steakhouse.

The gourmet dinner will showcase the finest Bindaree beef products accompanied by an inspiring address from Bindaree Food Group chief executive Andrew McDonald.

Former federal minister Larry Anthony will host the industry panel discussion on the night. The discussion will delve into the current state and future of the beef industry.

Casino Beef Week president Brody Lisha said the event was a celebration of “our industry’s heart and soul”.

Mr McDonald said Bindaree Food Group started its operations at the Casino Food Co-Op in 1981.

“Although we have facilities across Australia, the Casino region continues to play an important role for us in both supply and production,” he said.

“We have sites across the state (Inverell, Cooma, Croppa Creek, and Sydney) and Queensland (Burleigh Heads and Brisbane), along with multiple offices around the globe.

Tickets are $70 each and are on sale from tomorrow, April 2.
