Kyogle Council is supporting local mountain biking clubs in a strategy for the future of mountain biking in the Northern Rivers.

The State Government is funding the development of this strategy for biking facilities and infrastructure in the region.

Kyogle MTB Club has been working on the trail network around Kyogle. The extension of the bike trails includes steep trails behind Fairy Mount and a 25km XC loop over and up Boorabee.

Ongoing maintenance is a key factor holding back expansion at Kyogle.
