Choose yourself. Go on.

Change facilitator and life coach Michelle Prowse will be offering “five ways to get unstuck and move in the direction you want to be” at her talk on International Women’s Day at the Kyogle Golf Club this Thursday, March 9.

Michelle came to Kyogle in 2008. Originally from Zimbabwe she was a “jack of all trades and a master of none” when she arrived in Australia.

She spent 10 years in the corporate world until personal life experiences and a reassessment of her life led to a career change to coaching and hypnosis.

“I wanted to find out who we are,” Michelle said.

Her talk will inspire people to choose themselves, she said.

“We are all wanting to be seen, heard and supported.”
