It’s a story we haven’t told about the 2022 floods. This man was spotted on the roof of a shop in River Street, Woodburn during the February-March floods in 2022.
Hanabeth Luke shot the video from her tinnie as she was doing deliveries to people stranded in floodwaters.
That video was one of many featured in the flood doco Tinnie Heroes.
