Emergency services were called to Summerland Way, Cedar Point near Kyogle, following reports of a car crash at about 1.30pm today, Tuesday, March 5.
A Holden Captiva had left the roadway and crashed down an embankment.
A 60 year old woman was treated for shock by paramedics.
