Person dies in industrial accident at property

Casino Rescue Squad was called to an industrial accident on a property at Piora, near Casino at 1.45pm, today, Saturday, June 11.

When the crew arrived, paramedics and the police were with a person trapped in machinery.

The person died at the scene.

Crews returned to base a number of hours later.
