Readers living in Richmond Valley and Kyogle LGAs have been included in the postcodes to get a discounted Sunday Local Pass to the Byron Writers Festival.
The local passes are for sale online tomorrow, Thursday, June 22 from 9am and they sell out quickly.
The discounted ticket is for entry to the festival at Bangalow on Sunday, August 13 and is priced at $90, a saving of $45 on the full ticket price.

There are more than 20 sessions on the Sunday.
Tickets can be bought at the festival site or over the phone or in person at the Byron Writers Festival office.
This is a limited release offer and will be available until sold out.
Ticket buyers will need to present proof of address at the entry to the festival and are limited to two tickets per person.
The festival made its first announcement of authors including 2021 Australian of the Year, Grace Tame; broadcaster and author Richard Fidler; celebrated writer, commentator and actor Nakkiah Lui; and international bestselling author Pip Williams.
Dates: August 11–13 at Bangalow Showgrounds.
