
Maintenance work is being done on Bruxner Highway at Casino and South Gundurimba next week starting Monday, August 28
The repairs at Black Gully Bridge, Casino will be done from 7am– 5pm Monday to Sunday. The work is expected to take about eight weeks to finish.
Most of the work will be carried out under the bridge but there will be a reduced speed limit of 60km/h during work hours.
Work will also be carried out on the intersection of the Bruxner Highway and Coraki Rd, South Gundurimba.
The maintenance work there includes minor pavement and safety barrier repairs that will be done Monday to Friday from 7am–5pm. The work is expected to be completed in three weeks.
Single lane, alternating traffic flow arrangements and a reduced speed limit of 40km/h will be in place during work hours.
Motorists should allow up to five minutes extra travel time.
