There was a serious crash involving a car and a truck at Wyrallah at 1.30pm today, Thursday, February 9.
The Westpac Rescue Helicopter flew to the scene and with ambulance paramedics stabilised a man in his 50s who had serious head chest and leg injuries.
The man was airlifted to Gold Coast University Hospital in a critical condition for further treatment.
