Second man charged after stabbing death of Casino teenager

At about 1.20am on Saturday, June 25, emergency services were called to a home on McDougall St, Casino, after reports of a stabbing.

Police found 17 year old Ned Gronow with stab wounds to his neck. He died at the scene.

Rayne Aylward, 18, was charged with the murder of Ned and remains before the courts.

Detectives have charged a second man in relation to the stabbing. The man, 18, attended Lismore Police Station yesterday, Wednesday, October 12 where he was arrested by strike force detectives.

The man was charged with conceal serious indictable offence and was granted conditional bail to appear at Lismore Local Court on Monday, November 28.

Investigations continue.
