Early this morning the Casino Rescue Squad attended a serious car crash on Spring Grove Rd, Casino.
The crew was called out just after midnight, today, Monday, July 3.
At the crash site, the crew set up lighting to help police crash investigators.
A male in his teens was treated for head injuries and taken to Lismore Base Hospital for further treatment.
Casino Rescue Squad crew returned to the station at 7:30am.
