This is your time to ask questions at the community flood meetings

Residents impacted by floods want answers about buybacks, land swaps and retrofits.

It is almost the first anniversary of the February-March floods and hopefully at the upcoming community meetings, Northern Rivers Reconstruction Corporation chief executive David Witherdin will have those answers.

The first meetings with Mr Witherdin are at Rappville and Woodburn tomorrow, Tuesday, January 31.

The Woodburn meeting has been organised by the Northern Rivers Flood Action Group.

It will be a Q&A style of interview with no questions accepted from the floor, the group said.

Mr Witherdin only has an hour at the meeting as he has another commitment soon after.

A facilitator will conduct the interview on stage.

Northern Rivers Flood Action Group has already received more than 100 questions on their Facebook page.

Late questions can be dropped in boxes provided at the back of the hall on the night.

Submit a question before the meeting by email: nrfag2022@gmail.com
