Tree down – the wind is already creating havoc.
Richmond Valley Council staff are working to clear a tree that fell across Woodburn Evans Head Road at Doonbah at about 8.30pm today, Wednesday, March 5.
Traffic control was in place, and one lane stayed open to cars.
Drivers should take care until the tree is removed.
