Where to see the Tinnie Heroes film

Here is the list of screening times and places for the 20-minute film Tinnie Heroes.

Most of the screenings are free unless otherwise stated. At some events, community groups are providing food, service agencies and counsellors.

WOODBURN

March 1 is the official launch at Woodburn Memorial Hall at 7pm. Live music, barbecue by Upper Richmond Rotary Club, a satellite of the Evans Head Rotary Club with film screening at 7.30pm. Coffee and cake by Evans Head CWA.

LISMORE

March 2-4 in Lismore as part of the flood commemoration events at the Wellbeing Hub space in the Quad in the heart of Lismore CBD. Between the Lismore Regional Gallery, Lismore Library and the Northern Rivers Conservatorium. Showing on Thursday, March 2 and Friday, March 3 at 5pm and 6pm and on Saturday,  March 4 at 11am, 1 pm and 2.30 pm.

CORAKI

March 3 in Coraki at the Uniting Church in Adam St, 7pm. There will be a free light meal after the screening. Tea/coffee and cakes available.

BROADWATER

March 4 at Broadwater Community Hall at the community dinner. Gather at 5.30pm, dinner at 6pm and Tinnie Heroes screening at 7pm.

BYRON BAY

March 4 at the Byron Bay Golf Club for an outdoor screening at 7.45pm. Gold coin donation entry goes to the Northern Rivers Flood Action Group to beautify the garden around the Woodburn Memorial Hall. Book dinner at the golf club before the screening through Bower Bird before the screening on 6685-6470 EXT 2.

CASINO

March 7 at the Commercial Hotel in Casino at 6pm.

March 10 at Casino Library at 10am, 10.45am, 11.30am and 12.15pm. Because of limited space there are several screening sessions. Bookings are required by close of business on Thursday, March 9. Call 6660 0354.

MCKEES HILL

March 9 at McKees Hill Hall, cnr Fig Tree Lane and Bruxner Highway at 6pm. Free sausage sizzle.

BALLINA

March 12 at Ballina at Cherry Street Sports at 7pm.

EVANS HEAD

March 15 at Evans Head Library at 10am and 10.45am. Bookings required by close of business on Tuesday, March 14. Phone 6660 0374.

Evans River K-12 School screening to be confirmed.

KYOGLE

March 17 at Kyogle Library at 5.30pm. Bookings required by close of business on Thursday, March 16. Call 6632 1134.

ALSTONVILLE

Tuesday, March 28 at 7.30pm at Alstonville Bowling Club. Gold coin entry donation for Northern River Flood Action Group based in Woodburn.

BONALBO
