Writers and readers arrive in Kyogle for festival

Co-convener Kevin Markwell welcomes everyone to the official opening of the Kyogle Readers and Writers Festival at the Kyogle Library.

The authors have arrived in Kyogle, and the stage is set for a full day of events at the Kyogle Readers and Writers Festival today, Saturday, May 18.

At the official welcome and opening last night at Kyogle Library, festival creative director Paul Shields welcomed the writers and readers to Kyogle.

Also, at noon, two local films will be screened at Kyogle Cinema.

At 3pm see Tim Baker and panel discuss how to Change your Mind.
