The Casino Lions are entering their second year of senior football having last competed in a senior men’s competition back in 2007.

The club had a senior’s team in the early 2000s which folded in 2007. Last year was the first time senior AFL was played since that year.

The club competes in the AFL North Coast competition with clubs from Lismore to Port Macquarie.

Last year,  the club focused on building the foundations for future success.

The decision was made to enter as a reserve grade side for the 2022 season to help build and grow our young and inexperienced players.

The talent in the team is growing fast with high quality players recommitting for the upcoming season and retaining nearly all of the players from last season.

If you’re interested in being a part of a welcoming and supportive club come on down to training at Queen Elizabeth Park every Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm or go to the club’s Facebook or Instagram page.
