Where did you grow up?

Blacktown, Lennox Head, Ballina, Byron Bay, Maclean, Yamba.

What was your childhood like?

Uneventful.

Any standout memories?

Being presented to Gough Whitlam when I made my debut, my father trying to marry me off to someone in the visiting Polish soccer team and being arrested in Poland because they thought I was a Russian spy.

What careers/work have you had?

Shop assistant, hairdresser, nurse aide, health food shop cook and assistant, press and wedding photographer, digital producer, short film maker, hospitality, organic market gardener and farmers market coordinator.

What is your life like now?

Amazing. I love everything I do and am surrounded by heartfelt, strong, passionate humans.

How do you relax/unwind?

Freshwater fishing, kayaking, road trips, cooking and gardening.

Why did you go into politics?

To bring a strong female voice to the table for our youth and farmers

Is this your first time running?

This is my third time as an Independent.

What are the three most important values to you?

Honesty, ethics, discipline.

You have the power to change one thing in Australia – what would you choose?

Stop political donations to all parties and candidates and the red and green tape for farmers and small business.
