Where would you like to see more trees in Richmond Valley?

The council plans to plant 15,000 shade trees in public spaces in the next 20 years and wants to hear from residents where they think the trees should be planted.

Richmond Valley Council invites residents to participate in the Community Greening Program Survey.

One of the questions is:

Where would you like to see more trees planted?

Choose multiple places from

Public parks / Play grounds

Sporting fields

Walking & cycling paths

Along waterways

Residential streets

Main streets

Major roads

New developments

Wildlife corridors

Nature reserves

More trees are available from charity Friends of the Koala.

The organisation has 10,000 trees available to Northern Rivers landholders.
