RECIPE: Make Teriyaki Chicken Wings for dinner tonight

Ingredients

About 12 chicken wings (split at joint)                                                       

1 cup soy sauce                                                    

2/3 cup water

1 cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons dry mustard                                                     

1 tablespoon grated ginger or ground

3 garlic cloves crushed

Instructions

Place chicken wings in a large shallow baking pan.

Bring the remaining ingredients to the boil in a saucepan.

Pour marinade over the wings and cook in a 180c oven for about 30-40mins turning regularly until cooked.

Remove from the oven  and place in the grill to finish off and until wings are crispy turning a few times.

Serve with your favourite mash and honey/buttered carrots.
