The Casino Memorial Pool opens today, Saturday, September 23.
To celebrate the long awaited upgrade, entry is free for the Family Fun Day from 9am.
Richmond Valley Aquatics run the pool and announced that a new gym will be opening at the Casino Memorial Pool.
They will be offering discounted rates for combined pool and gym members.

Kyogle Swimming Pool has had its own upgrades.
There are new storage lockers to keep belongings safe for swimmers. Bring your own lock or buy one from the kiosk. Lockers are free to use.
There is a chilled drinking water fountain too.
The pool bathrooms have been upgraded.
The Kyogle Swimming Pool is trialing new opening times starting at 6am on weekdays and 9am on Saturday.
Entry at all Kyogle pools is $4 for adults, $3 for children, and free for infants. Season passes are also available and offer great savings.
